This week our favourite photo is of the elusive Her Majesty’s Canadian Submarine (HMCS) Victoria. By elusive, we mean we rarely see images of her.
With Beautiful British Columbia’s mountains as a backdrop, the image was taken in the vicinity of Esquimalt Harbour on Vancouver Island by Sailor 1st Class (S1) Kendric Grasby.
You can see the large poppy on HMCS Victoria sail with people on the top of the submarine. The image was shot on November 5, 2021, during Remembrance Week.

Have a great weekend!
