Searching for a Media Partnership Representative

With 10 years in business, the Canadian Military Family Magazine is Canada’s only Military and Veteran Lifestyle magazine. Catering to all members of the military and veteran family, and those in the community who support them, we thrive to continue to offer relevant content, independently owned, created by a team made up of members of military and veteran families.

We are constantly looking for businesses who are interested in reaching our military and veteran communities. Our work is fast-paced as there is always a deadline looming, and every business we speak to need a marketing package built specifically for them! We are looking for enthusiastic members of our community who are passionate about the military and veteran community who would be interested in joining our grassroots team.

As part of our Media Partnership team, we are looking for people who are comfortable making cold calls to prospective businesses, establish new accounts and create advertising sales, and attend networking events on behalf of the Canadian Military Family Magazine. You must be able to work independently (work from home opportunity) but also be a team player. The goal is to build long-lasting relationships with prospective businesses, overcome objections and create sales.

Job Description for Media Partnership Representative

–  Establish new magazine advertising packages for new clients

–  Establish new subscription packages for distributions

–  Promote the CMFDirectory 

–  Manage and service new accounts

–  Maintain daily logs 

The Canadian Military Family Magazine is a national lifestyle magazine that is published 7 times per year. We print 15,000 copies per issue, 5000 of which go to our subscribers. We focus on families, parenting, events, travel, recipes, pet care and entrepreneurship in relation to our military and veteran communities. The cmfmag.ca is a website that covers current events and news articles pertaining to our community. The CMFDirectory is a newly introduced directory providing affordable options for any businesses to advertise.
