A contingent of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) conducts urban operations during Exercise SPRING STORM in our favourite photo of the week.
The image was captured on May 13, 2024, in the town of Abja-Paluoja, Estonia.
According to NATO, Exercise SPRING STORM brought together 14,000 Estonian and Allied troops. The exercise helped the forces fight mock battles in Estonian villages and fields, aiming to prepare soldiers for how to react when NATO is faced with external threats.
