The Operation, set off the coast of Busan, South Korea, was part of Operation Horizon Mine Warfare Exercise. The Exercise took place on October. 23, 2024, and included the participation of military personnel from Republic of Korea Navy, Royal Canadian Navy, and United States Navy EOD Teams.
The two-week Multinational Mine Warfare Exercise 24 focused on mine countermeasures and promoting collective deterrence.
