The RMC Foundation is seeking to fill the position of Executive Vice-President

The Royal Military Colleges of Canada (RMC) Foundation is currently seeking to fill the position of Executive Vice President (EVP).

The EVP will be in-charge of various tasks associated with the mission of the Foundation, which is to secure and deliver funds necessary to Enhance Excellence in the recruitment, education, and training of the students of the Royal Military Colleges.

Therefore, the EVP, who will serve as the face of the Foundation, will be tasked with contributing to the development and execution of the business plan of the Foundation; executing an active fundraising campaign; managing, motivating, mentoring, training and developing the RMC Foundation staff; and ensuring adequate resources are in place to support the Foundation’s goals.

The EVP is responsible to the Board of Directors and must report to them on the overall performance and day-to-day management of the affairs of the Foundation.

The RMC Foundation’s overall mission is to provide RMC students with as many learning and growth opportunities as possible that will help create graduates who are prepared to lead in all aspects of their careers, military or civilian.
