Colonels and Captains (Navy) receive multi-year financial pay raise

Non-specialist colonels and captains (N) and above received a multi-year financial pay raise earlier this year by the Government of Canada.

Announced in April 2022, the rates for the increase are as follows:

2.8 per cent, effective April 18
2.2 per cent, effective April 19
1.5 per cent, effective April 20
1.5 per cent, effective April 21

According to a CANFORGEN released in April, “members would receive their lump sum payments for the retroactive April 18 tp Aril 21 pay increase on their June 30, 2022 pay.”
