- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together the yogurt, oats, milk, egg and syrup.
- Add the apple, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Mix it all together well.
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
- Use 1 tsp of butter for each pancake.
- Pour 2 tbsp of batter into the skillet, or more depending on your preferred size of pancake.
- Repeat until the batter is gone, keeping the cooked pancakes in the oven at 250 F to stay warm.
