Pte Connor Bennett shot this week’s stunning image of HMCS Halifax. Taken on June 26, 2022, during a sail pass with fellow ships of Standing Maritime NATO Group 1 (SNMG1).
Currently deployed on Operation REASSURANCE, HMCS Halifax departed Canada with a crew of 253 on 19 March 2022 to join the Standing NATO Maritime Group 1.
HMCS Halifax is a Halifax-class frigate that has served in the Royal Canadian Navy since 1992. She is assigned to Maritime Forces Atlantic and is homeported at CFB Halifax.
